Hi there, my name is Helen, I’m 32 and I am step mum to an 8 year old girl and bio mum to a 2 year old girl (Ours baby). I have been part of my stepdaughters life since she was 4. I deal with all the difficulties that come with the being a step mum. Toxic ex, conflict with my partner, trying to manage feelings for my stepdaughter and my biological daughter. I could go on forever. I would really love to connect with some other step mums like myself to not feel so alone and help with my sanity as nobody else seems to understand. x

Hi Helen,

I am also a step mum to my step daughter who's nearly 6. I have been in your life since she was 2.5 years old.

We also have a 5 week old ours baby.

I can totally relate to everything you have mentioned. Would be great to connect and chat if you would like. X

@helenetheridge1 @rhisj @meganatkinson5 @a.vaughan @AmyL89 @laurissajames89 You can chat over in the Stepmumspace Facebook group or if any of you wanted to join the same Stepmumspace workshop and really get to dig into everything that's going on with you, I could make that work! I tend to find that women who go on the workshop together form a strong bond and then after that really supportive WhatsApp groups and friendships start!
